Why isn't it priced by the job, or by credits?
Because complexity doesn't cost us anything. The splitting runs on your machine, so a 300-part nest uses your processor for a few seconds longer and uses ours not at all. Charging more for a complicated nest would be a pricing decision dressed up as a cost, and we'd rather not.
What happens when I've used the free nest?
Every part is still detected and you can see all of them on screen. The download gives you the first 100, and the free nest is a one-off rather than a monthly allowance. Nothing is deleted and nothing expires - you pick a plan when you're ready.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The free nest is the trial, and it doesn't expire - take as long as you like before using it. If you need to run more than one file through before committing, the day pass is €39 and costs less than half a month of Pro.
Do you take annual payment?
Yes. Pro is €99 a month, or €999 for the year. Paying monthly comes to €1,188 over twelve months, so the annual option saves you €189 - a fraction under 16%.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, at any time, from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and then drop back to Free rather than losing access.
What does the day pass actually give me?
Everything in Pro for 24 hours from the moment you buy it, with no limit on how many nests you put through in that window - except combined, deduplicated export across nests, which stays Pro-only. It doesn't renew and it doesn't turn into a subscription.
