Coincidence tolerance

Two endpoints closer together than this are treated as the same point, so an outline can close. Leave this on Auto unless a real outline is failing to close, or a small gap is being welded shut that shouldn't be.

Remove border

Some drawings have a rectangle or frame around the whole sheet. When this is on, DXF Splitter tries to detect it and leave it out of the parts, then looks at the geometry inside as usual. If a drawing has only one real part and its outline looks like a border, DXF Splitter can mistake it for one and remove it — leave this off unless your files actually have a border.
